“We were never told you only had one key maybe that should be part of your sales pitch to inform people of that. What would there be to discuss with you? Unsatisfactory service with no resolution. It was good until it wasn’t. Typical car dealership at the end of the day. Bought a used vehicle and had it delivered to my residence. My wife took possession of the car and liked it. I was not present when the car was delivered. Upon my inspection of the car I liked it as well. I immediately noticed we were only given one key fob. I called the dealer and inquired about the second key fob. I was told he would check with the owner and get back with me. After several days I had to reach back out to dealer. I was told they would not be providing another key fob. They only received one when they bought the car. It was not disclosed to me they only had one key fob during negotiations or upon delivery. The car comes with 2 from the factory. I checked pricing and was quoted $500 from Nissan and “around” $300 from an independent locksmith. I felt the price was very high and expected two key fobs from the dealer upon purchase. I spent quite a bit of money on this vehicle and wouldn’t expect less. It feels very unreasonable to me to have only one key fob with such an expensive vehicle. The owners only solution was for me to buy the program and bring it to them to make me key fob. Ridiculous and BAD BUSINESS. Buyer beware and ask lots of questions even if you think it’s common sense.”
