“This has been the most problematic truck I have ever owned. It is an electrical nightmare from the day I drove it off the lot. There have been countless electrical issues most of the issues still remain today 13 months later. They are often intermittent issues and the tech team seems to be having difficulty with diagnosing problems: electrical and mechanical. Ram has not been helping me or the dealer. It seems they do not want to back their product. Additionally I had a misdiagnosed vibration while driving. I was later told it was supposedly a bad set of 6 tires and breaks that were causing the issue. RAM is not covering breaks or tires that did not last 3500 mi. Ram quality has really declined over the years. Owned : 2001 ram 2500, 2005 ram 3500, 2015 ram 3500, 2016 ram 3500. This is by far the most unreliable vehicle I have ever owned and RAM could not care less. Would post with 0 stars if I could”
