“Taking my Mini Cooper in for service is a breeze. They always loan me a beautiful loaner car and I get the experience of driving another Mini while all work on mine is done promptly and efficiently! In fact, sometimes I wish they would take longer so I could drive my loaner car a little bit more!”

“Toxic Attitude**
Avoid this service department at all costs. Their prices are absolute highway robbery—5 to 7 times more expensive than independent shops. They operate with a smug, belligerent attitude as if they have zero competition.
My skylight broke under normal use and visibly came off its tracks. The guy refused to even help secure it so the car wouldn't get broken into. Instead, he wanted to charge a ridiculous $280 "diagnostic fee" just to tell me what we could both clearly see. When I called him out, he literally turned his back and walked away.
I went to an auto glass shop on Sahara instead. They had it completely fixed in 40 minutes flat while I waited, all for $170.
This dealership treats customers like an inconvenience. I previously had to use them for warranty work on a car I *just* bought, and it took them almost a month. The entire time, they made me feel like I was the problem just for calling to ask where my vehicle was. Then they had the nerve to try to sell me an extended warranty. Why would anyone pay extra to buy a ticket back into their customer service hellhole?
Save your money and your sanity. Take your business down to Sahara. This place is utter garbage.”

“Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I bought my used Wagoneer four days ago. I’d like to thank George and Mark for their help—everything was handled reliably and professionally. Great dealership btw. -Ali”

“My sales person Adrian & his supervisor D were extremely friendly, personable, knowledgeable & professional. I had already located the used car that I wanted to see at their dealership. It was not a Mini but that didn't change a thing. They didn't try to convince me to buy a Mini. They were focused on exactly what I came in to see and had it waiting up front for me. It was a really great car buying experience. Maybe I'll be back in a few years to buy a Mini after all.”

“Extremely disappointed with MINI of Las Vegas. I dropped off my 2020 MINI Cooper S Clubman at 7:00 AM today for service and picked it up at 2:00 PM with the front emblem torn off.
It’s clear from the marks that a tool was used to pry it off, leaving adhesive residue and potential paint damage. The car was in perfect condition when I arrived. I expect a professional dealership to take responsibility for damage caused while a vehicle is in their care. I have photos of the damage and will be following up with management.”
