“I had a great experience with Kate at Honda West! I had done my homework on purchasing a new CRV-L and everything was straight forward. There were plenty of "optional" items that I was not interested in and there was no pressure when I asked those to be removed. I feel that I got a good deal and was treated very well. I've owned about 10 vehicles in my life, 7 have been Honda's. I've only driven my new CRV about 20 miles but I'm certain that it will provide me with years of comfortable and dependable use! I would definitely recommend Honda West over anything associated with Findlay, I used their service department for my Chevy truck (traded that in on my new Honda) and was treated like an idiot, trying to upsell me on $5k+ of maintenance that was not needed. I went to Findlay Honda Henderson before Honda West and the sales manager, Michel, insulted my intelligence with his sales pitch (this will be a separate review of Henderson Honda). Kate, and Honda West were the best!! Highly Recommend!!”
