Received a video inspection of my vehicle as well. Was given a loaner vehicle while VW kept my vehicle for service. Overall had a great experience. The only issue is the cost of servicing a VW. “Firstly, don’t listen to the negative reviews. This dealership is run amazingly well in my honest opinion. I had the pleasure of meeting Sales Manager Paul Ryan and he was a true gentleman. Enjoyed a few really good conversations with him throughout buying my car, and afterwards too. Incredible management style and attention to detail. Bravo Sir Paul !! Now on to Lavonte (hope I spelled your name right mate). Lavonte was very relaxed, but just enough pressure to close the deal. He stayed persistent, and never gave up the fight (which I hardly put up a fight), I want him to make money, I’m in sales too. Great test drive with him, had some laughs along the way. Ended up buying a 2024 VW Jetta 1.5T Sport (A8) 4dr Sedan with only 3,800 miles. Great deal and ended up sharing some real belly laughs with Finance Manager Rachel, but I paid cash.
