I cannot say enough great things about the service department here, specifically David — he went truly above and beyond for me and my family. My car was in the shop for three months, which could have been incredibly stressful, but David made sure I was never left without a vehicle and kept me consistently informed every step of the way. I always knew exactly what was happening with my car, and that communication made all the difference. As a young woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating dealing with car repairs, but I never once felt that way here. I felt safe, respected, and genuinely cared for from start to finish. Feeling comfortable in an auto service environment matters a lot to me, and this team delivered that in every way. What makes this even more impressive is that I didn’t even purchase my car from this dealership — yet they were the only ones willing to step up and help me get it fixed. That speaks volumes about their character and commitment to their customers. I am a customer for life and this is the only place I will ever take my car to be serviced. Billy and the GM are the official dream team. They made sure all my dreams came true with the car I wanted. Everyone in the dealership was welcoming and very nice. I used to work as a paralegal for a big auto group and I’ve seen a fair share of things but I have to say my experience was great here and this is definitely a place you should come to buy your car.

Carlos from the service department was friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. Explained to me what was going on with my vehicle and what needed to be done. Received a video inspection of my vehicle as well. Was given a loaner vehicle while VW kept my vehicle for service. Overall had a great experience. The only issue is the cost of servicing a VW. You hope and pray you aren’t being overcharged for work that is not truly needed. Had a great experience. Will definitely bring my vehicle back to Cenntenial VW.

Firstly, don’t listen to the negative reviews. This dealership is run amazingly well in my honest opinion. I had the pleasure of meeting Sales Manager Paul Ryan and he was a true gentleman. Enjoyed a few really good conversations with him throughout buying my car, and afterwards too. Incredible management style and attention to detail. Bravo Sir Paul !! Now on to Lavonte (hope I spelled your name right mate). Lavonte was very relaxed, but just enough pressure to close the deal. He stayed persistent, and never gave up the fight (which I hardly put up a fight), I want him to make money, I’m in sales too. Great test drive with him, had some laughs along the way. Ended up buying a 2024 VW Jetta 1.5T Sport (A8) 4dr Sedan with only 3,800 miles. Great deal and ended up sharing some real belly laughs with Finance Manager Rachel, but I paid cash. She was a blast that night!! Haha. Loved the energy of the whole dealership. Happy and loyal VW family, both here in the U.S and back home in Europe. Cheers!! Chris Plant
