He didn’t ask for any personal information just inquired about what year, make and trim level car I wanted. There was nothing on the lot that matched what I was looking for so he offered to text me if something arrived. A few days passed and I received a text of a trade that matched what I was looking for. I went that day to look at the car and loved it. I took the night to think about it and the following day I purchase the car. It was a great experience and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t want to. I highly recommend Mike Piazza Honda and Don Pearl if you are looking for a car.”

“I will be very clear, I’d rather have multi root canals than go to a dealer and buy a car. I went to several dealerships before buying my Honda Pilot. Some were fancy, some were no frills but it’s the sales staff that makes the difference. The first dealership I went to, although it was pretty, the salesperson did not know the product at all and even seemed annoyed by my questions. The second dealership could not find me what I wanted. The third time was a charm! I was greeted immediately by a salesman, Vlad. He was so friendly and patient with me right from the beginning. Here is the important part…..After having a test drive and getting all the paper work in order, I realized the car didn’t have a key feature that I wanted!!! If I was anywhere else, this would have been an issue. Vlad was able to quickly switch gears and deliver yet again and got me an even better car. I never once felt like anyone there was upset or annoyed. I felt like Vlad was like a brother to me and he was looking out for me every step of the way.
