They were upfront and transparent with everything. No surprises. I buy a new car every 5 years and haven't been back to the same dealership due to how they operate. “Purchased a pre-owned car from Davis Acura. Sales person was great, easy to work with. However, after less than a month of owning the car I began having issues with the tire pressure. So I took it to my local tire shop and was told that the tires were installed incorrectly and sustained significant tire wall damage. Before purchasing the car, I asked 2 very easy questions, 1. Did the car have new tires? 2. Did the car have a fresh oil change? And the sales persons response was “Yes”. But upon further inspection of the tires, they were the original manufactures tires, meaning they have 30k+ miles on them. When I contacted the dealer, they said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing, if buying a Preowned vehicle make sure to triple check everything. I will not be returning. Update: Ed Riley was very kind, reached out and resolved the issue. I greatly appreciated the level of service, I would definitely recommend Davis Acura, now that I know the level of service they offer.”

“We are a huge fan of the Davis dealerships (Honda and Acura) and have purchased what is now our fourth car from them. We had the pleasure of working with Evan Gill who from the moment he said hello, made us feel welcome. Evan is a genuine person who never made us feel pressured. He was always conscious of our price point and never made us feel that we were being unrealistic like other sales people from other dealerships have. We were able to work with Evan and Mario to get a payment we were comfortable with on the model we wanted. They both were very understanding of our budget and did everything they could so that I could leave with the car I really wanted. Evan is not only a great salesman, he is also very knowledgeable of the products he sells. He took the time to set up all the tech in the car explaining everything and answered any questions I had. His service did not stop after I drove away either. He also gave me his number and said I could always reach out if I had any questions or problems. Evan was true to his promise. I had to text him the very next day. He responded right back and solved my issue. I highly recommend going to see Evan if you are looking for a car. Because of the exceptional service and the way they treat their customers I am the proud owner of a brand new ADX which I absolutely love!”
