Excellent, no hassle experience getting exactly what I was looking for. Jeff was friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He didn't waste time or pressure us into anything we didn't need. Just shared all the highlights of the vehicle I was interested in and made himself available if there are any other questions after we drive away. Financing and delivery also went very smoothly. Great customer service.

I was impressed with LCM Subaru from the first contact to when we drove away in our new Subaru Forester Limited Hybrid. Everyone was very nice. Everything was explained thoroughly. The car was beautiful and well prepared. The deal was what I expected and the zero percent loan for six years was the icing on the cake. I had heard good things about LCM and they lived up to those peoples description of a quality dealership. Cathy, Daniel and David took us step by step through the process. Their after sale follow up in a couple of weeks at dealership to go over any questions we might have is just another personal touch to make sure your new car lives up to my expectations.
