“Save yourself and don’t buy a car from here. I recommend not buying a Toyota in general. They aren’t built like they used to be. I called my rav a tin can, and that was generous. Also would highly recommend avoiding the service center every single time I took it in for an oil change. It took between 1 to 2 hours. I could’ve done it myself at home in half that time. However I paid for the advanced oil changes and regret doing that. We also bought a brand new put a tundra from them and they left the bottle full of the drained oil inside the engine bay and when it got home my husband found leaking oil and found it. They sent a young kid out to come clean it for him and check the vehicle and make sure it was OK. I am astonished that would even happen at a dealership. I’ve never had any issues with service any other dealership I’ve ever bought from. I just recommend staying away from this place.”
