“I worked with Branden Bruton and Tanner at this location. They had a ram with the back country package on the lot, so I met with Branden to look at it and test it. While there and discussing different package options, Tanner mentioned that the Rebel had a special rebate for the Fourth of July weekend starting that day. While this was a vehicle above my original numbers, the deals they were giving placed it within my range. After test driving both vehicles, the rebel was the better fit for sure. They worked out the trade number and all discounts they could find and gave them to me. I let them know the following day that the deal was good. I appreciated the fact they did not pressure me to make the decision that night. They only mentioned it. Ryan Swanner, a sales associate, reached out and provided me information on the vehicle I was interested in. He actually went outside and made a video for me. Mind you, I have NEVER purchased a vehicle on line or without looking at it and test driving it first. There was just this strange calmness that came over me with the entire process. I could tell Ryan was genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle. After only a few hours, I was sold on the SUV and moved forward with the purchase.
