“At the beginning of August, we purchased a used BMW from this dealership, and I’d like to thank Danny for all of his help throughout the process. He was very responsive, helped us work through every question that came up, and was willing to meet us halfway on a few things. We also received a very nice discount, which we really appreciated. I’d also like to thank John, who stepped in and helped resolve one of the issues that came up during the purchase. In the end, we were very happy with the entire experience. It has now been about two to three weeks, and the car has been performing extremely well. We’ve had a chance to check everything thoroughly, and the BMW turned out to be a very good car. I can definitely recommend Danny as an honest, reliable, and professional person to work with.”

“Never write reviews, but this was by far the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. The only bright spot was Anthony, our sales consultant. He was friendly, knowledgeable, never pushy, and genuinely great to work with. The only reason I purchased my vehicle was because it was the exact pre-owned car I had been searching for. If it hadn't been for that specific vehicle, and Anthony, I would have walked away. The dealership itself was a completely different story. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. No one greeted us, kept us informed, or explained why we were sitting on a couch for hours waiting to sign paperwork. No one wants to sit around 4-5 hours to purchase a car.. It was easily the slowest dealership experience I've ever had. The finance guy made the experience even worse. The moment | declined the extended warranties and insurance products, his attitude completely changed. He became rude, dismissive, and condescending. Instead of respecting my decision, I felt like I was being treated differently because I chose not to purchase additional products. To make matters worse, the vehicle was supposedly detailed before delivery, yet when we got home it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned properly. We had already asked the dealership to re-clean it before taking delivery, and even after that, it was still dirty. For a dealership handing over a vehicle to a customer, that's unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to detail.. They couldn't care less about their customers.”

“I just wanted to take a minute and share my thoughts about a great experience I had with Lakewood Lexus ! I called one day pretty much out of the blue to get myself on the list for a 2026 GX luxury plus. I was fortunate enough to come into contact with Anthony Ayala. Anthony was personable, friendly, and helpful on the phone and very interested in helping me on my GX journey. I was on the list for a GX for approximately eight months and during that time, Anthony was responsive and encouraging. He answered every email, phone call, or text message I sent regarding the purchase of a new GX! Anthony had never personally met me, but took me seriously as a future customer. A few weeks ago, Anthony reached out to me to let me know a GX that met all of my specifications was in route to his Lexus dealership . A short time later, he verified that it had my name on it. “June 5th- An update to my review: Thank you William and Jerry for stepping in and helping get my car fixed. I appreciate you listening to my concerns and making sure the issue was resolved. Their help made a big difference. They even took time to check the repair personally. I couldn't thank them enough. **************************************** I had a positive experience with this dealership prior to and during the purchase of my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been disappointing. I was asked to return to have the paint on my side mirror redone. During my first visit, I waited for over three hours in the showroom with my kids, but the work was not completed. No loaner vehicle or accommodation was offered, despite the fact that HE KNOWS I live FOUR hours away from Denver. We scheduled another visit for last Friday, which I made despite snowy conditions. However, it appears the repair was not properly coordinated, as the appropriate staff were only contacted after I had already arrived. At this point, it has been six months without resolution, and I am being asked to schedule yet another appointment. I understand that delays can happen, but clearer communication and better planning would have made a significant difference, especially given the distance I have to travel.”
