“I just wanted to take a minute and share my thoughts about a great experience I had with Lakewood Lexus ! I called one day pretty much out of the blue to get myself on the list for a 2026 GX luxury plus. I was fortunate enough to come into contact with Anthony Ayala. Anthony was personable, friendly, and helpful on the phone and very interested in helping me on my GX journey. I was on the list for a GX for approximately eight months and during that time, Anthony was responsive and encouraging. He answered every email, phone call, or text message I sent regarding the purchase of a new GX! Anthony had never personally met me, but took me seriously as a future customer. A few weeks ago, Anthony reached out to me to let me know a GX that met all of my specifications was in route to his Lexus dealership . A short time later, he verified that it had my name on it. “June 5th- An update to my review: Thank you William and Jerry for stepping in and helping get my car fixed. I appreciate you listening to my concerns and making sure the issue was resolved. Their help made a big difference. They even took time to check the repair personally. I couldn't thank them enough. **************************************** I had a positive experience with this dealership prior to and during the purchase of my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been disappointing. I was asked to return to have the paint on my side mirror redone. During my first visit, I waited for over three hours in the showroom with my kids, but the work was not completed. No loaner vehicle or accommodation was offered, despite the fact that HE KNOWS I live FOUR hours away from Denver. We scheduled another visit for last Friday, which I made despite snowy conditions. However, it appears the repair was not properly coordinated, as the appropriate staff were only contacted after I had already arrived. At this point, it has been six months without resolution, and I am being asked to schedule yet another appointment. I understand that delays can happen, but clearer communication and better planning would have made a significant difference, especially given the distance I have to travel.”
