“we were returning a lease for our Lincoln here. From the initial call we made to set up the appointment no one had any idea what was happening. The girl that set up the appointment neglected to tell us we had to separately call Lincoln to send someone to check the car and sign off on the return. we drove 40 minutes here to be told that no one from Lincoln was there to check in the car. While at a Lincoln dealership!!! whole time there we are being sold to get another lease. you cant make this comedy up. SO we had to leave the car there, call LINCOLN, have another person come and sign off on the car. Fast forward a month. we get a bill from LINCOLN because the dealership did not send in the correct paperwork to Lincoln and we are still getting billed monthly payments from Lincoln. Amazing when they have possession of the vehicle . save yourself the headache and avoid this circus.”
