Earl Stewart made driving our dreams come true! Many thanks to: Steven Silverstein Franco DeCicco Ben Kairalla Carlos Masso The Stewart Family Long story short, Earl Stewart is one of the few good dealerships left that have good management and business practices. After cross shopping for 6 months between the 6th gen 4Runner, Ineos Grenadier, New Defender, Wrangler Rubicon, Land Cruiser 250, and GX550 Overtrail we settled on an Everest Trailhunter. after numerous poor dealership experiences with conflicting salesmen, being told we can't place an allocation for a trailhunter, trying to sell us other trims/colors that they had in stock, suddenly being disinterested when we disclosed that we would not be financing through the deale, or just overall poor salesmanship, we began to feel a bit hopeless. we had placed a deposit on a new Trailhunter in transit to Seattle that ended up being sidelined by Toyota with no ETA and that was almost the end of our car search for a while. Scouring the available market using visor.vin (a great website to find the best deal on any vehicle and track every metric you could want) we found a CPO Everest Trailhunter that matched exactly what we wanted and was in our acceptable price range at Earl Stewart Toyota. the only "problem" is that it was literally 3200 miles across the country. but that didnt scare us. after speaking to Steven Silverstein, it was a breath of fresh air to be working with someone that genuinely was interested in selling us the vehicle we wanted and not a different model, trim, loan, warranty or anything else. Just the 4Runner we wanted. He was great with communication, up front and understood the logistics we needed to figure out. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything figured out and that we wouldn't be wasting a trip or time. He and the Sales/Finance department worked with us on fair negotiations and we placed a deposit the next day. so we booked one way flights to Miami and set off on our adventure! Steven was amazing and picked us up from the palm beach train station. when we got to the dealer we were amazed with how friendly and honest everyone was. The trail Hunter was exactly as we expected and the family that owned the dealership even greeted us as they had heard about our plan to immediately drive it on a cross country road trip rather than ship it. The entire paperwork/payment process was pretty straightforward and simple thanks to Franco DeCicco and we finished in around an hour. After 6 days, 3700 miles and many stops later we got home to Oregon after driving through some of the most beautiful parts of the US. The 4Runner never let us down and within the first week of owning it we did just about everything we could with it including trails/water crossings, 3 national parks, 10 states, 2 nights camping and endless amounts of fun. With our entire hearts, thank you Steven Silverstein and the rest of Earl Stewart Toyota Staff for the pleasure of working with you and making this crazy idea come home to us.

We recently purchased a new vehicle from Earl Stewart Toyota and had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the very first email, Jason Lady and Kirsten Hinzman were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The communication was clear and straightforward, and they worked with us to provide a very competitive out-the-door price without any games. When we arrived at the dealership, the experience only got better. Everything was organized, efficient, and exactly as discussed beforehand. Jason and Kirsten went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even helping get additional items approved like window tint, which we truly appreciated. The entire process felt transparent, respectful of our time, and customer-focused — which is not always easy to find when buying a car. We’re very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a smooth, honest car-buying experience.

I am leaving this review regarding Napleton's North Palm Toyota located at 1215 N. Federal Highway, Lake Park, FL 33403. At first, the staff were polite and welcoming, and I appreciated the initial customer service. However, my experience changed significantly after I inspected the vehicle and realized it did not match the condition described online. I found the vehicle advertised as being in good condition. The listing and Carfax indicated that the car had gone through pre-sale inspection and preparation. I contacted the dealership in advance, asked for additional photos, and was told the vehicle was in good working condition. The photos provided did not show any significant damage. Because this is an official Toyota dealer, I trusted the information provided and decided to travel more than 66 miles one way by taxi to see the car. I chose to take a taxi because I was confident that an official dealership would have properly inspected and prepared the vehicle for sale, and that it was in the working condition described and shown in the photos. In total, I spent about 4 hours of my time and approximately $250 on transportation for the round trip. When I arrived, the vehicle was not in the condition described. The front bumper had mismatched paint, one fender was bent, the hood had numerous paint chips, and there were visible rust spots and corrosion on the roof. There were scratches around the vehicle. Inside, the rear area was scratched, there was noticeable animal hair, interior trim pieces were loose, and the armrest was in poor condition. While cosmetic wear can be expected on a used vehicle, the most serious issue was mechanical. During the test drive, the brakes were barely functioning properly. The ABS module appeared to be faulty, which is a serious safety concern. In my opinion, a vehicle with a malfunctioning ABS system should not be presented as being in proper working condition, and the car did not feel safe to drive. After I pointed out these issues, the attitude became noticeably less friendly. Once I decided not to purchase the vehicle, resolving the situation did not seem to be a priority. I asked whether they could assist with my return transportation costs since I had traveled a long distance based on the information provided, but both the salesperson and a manager informed me that this was against their policy. If I had been informed about the true condition of the vehicle, I would never have made a 66-mile trip one way. Because of this experience, I would strongly advise anyone who is located far away not to rely solely on online photos or descriptions when considering their used vehicles. Make sure to verify the exact condition in detail before making a long trip. This experience left me with a very negative impression and was not what I expected from an official Toyota dealership.
