“This dealership is a joke. My husband purchased a 2019 dodge ram 1500 in 2022. He has kept up with maintenance , fluid changes etc. he started having a problem with the truck not starting about a year and half ago. Had it in there multiple times and they had it over a week and just changed the batteries. Fast forward to about a month ago. Same thing happening again. Now mind you, the truck has about 54,000 miles on it. They had it a week again., changed the batteries again , ran for about a weeks. Then guess what?? Didn’t start again!!! Took it back and they said it was the back window seal leaking onto a module. So , had they fixed at 1100.00. Took it home again last week, ran one day and Thursday morning he went to leave for work , nothing. Didn’t start. This is the third time in 3 weeks. It’s so inconvenient for him , and us since his only option was to RENT a car at a discounted rate at our own expense. They do not communicate with their customers. No one answers the phone, and when they do it’s excuses!! No one has called for what’s going on with his truck at all!!! I called yesterday on 2/23/26 and asked for the manager whom they saids name was Jose to call my husband back. Hasn’t heard a thing. This is beyond unprofessional and I will be contacted someone who maybe gives a damn.”

“Was really hoping to give these guys high reviews because the salesman were great. But, The finance manager a liar. They sold us an extended warranty and told us that it would run after our original warranty ended and would last the life of the car. That was not the truth. The warranty started the day that it was purchased which meant we were double warrantied with the manufacturer warranty and the extended warranty. Essentially a waste of time. Now trying to cancel the warranty ( because by law you have 60 days) has become a huge pain in the neck. Couldn't get the finance manager to call us back and when he finally did he lied and said there was nothing they could do. Then all of a sudden they could possibly cancel the extended warranty. But the other warranties couldn't be canceled. Ask for this general manager to call us back to get this worked out..... And what do you know he ain't calling back either. Been a week now with nobody calling us back. I've called our attorney and are going to handle it that way. I would suggest to do what we've done in the past and just buy your cars on Carvana. These games are not played at all like they play at this dealership.”

“I give zero stars to this dealership they have robbed me and cheated me out of money. I purchased a ram truck from them, and when I purchased it, they offered me a maintenance package for free oil change for Five years. when they offer me this package, I let them know that I live far from their dealership, and I wanted to make sure that I was able to go to any RAM dealership to do the maintenance on my truck, they promised me that I would be able to turns out. They lied to me and I’m only able to the maintenance for free at their dealership. I would have never purchased that maintenance package if they would’ve told me the truth, I went through the process to get a refund because I was told I would be able to get my money back when I took my truck to get it Maintanance at another dealership since I never used the package. At first, they agreed with me and said to come in sign some forms and they will refund me the money a month later I called back. I haven’t received the check which they said I would receive it in the mail two weeks later and now they’re telling me that there’s no way for them to refund me the money But that they could give me a credit back towards my payments or they can give the money to the bank it’s been two weeks and then still nothing has happened. I keep calling them and calling them and they ignore my calls and voicemails. They literally robbed me and cheated me. I would’ve never paid that extra money and they would’ve just been truthful with me from the beginning. Be very careful with these people. They’re very sneaky. They don’t care about you or customer service. They only care about themselves and their pockets and the sales that they make, I encourage you all to go to another dealership!”

“I leased a car from this dealer less than a year ago, and it has already broken down four times. The car has only about 6,000 miles and still won’t move. No one answers the phone or provides help. I’ve spent a lot on Uber from Riverside to Orange County every time it broke down. Once, the car stopped in the middle of the highway with my wife and kids inside, which was very dangerous and today because of this problem I couldn’t move the car and had to close the gas station caused me great embracement with the owner and the customers. The car has never been properly fixed, and the dealer shows no concern for my family’s safety.”
