“Carl was my salesman. Awesome dude couldn’t ask for a better experience. They provided me with drinks snacks anything I could ask for they got me to a great car. Had a great price in the situation that I was in. I really think if you’re looking for a car in Lake City or the surrounding areas go see Carl he is awesome. He’s also got some great stories as well because you always know when you buy a car takes three or four hours he definitely keeps you entertained walked in with a car that was less than $3000 in value and turned around with getting almost 10 K for my used Car. And walked out with an absolutely beautiful 2023 Kia carnival with eight sets And a beautiful brown orange color. Ten out of ten would recommend.”

“I would like to preface by saying that I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews. However, I would like to hopefully prevent someone else from having my same experience with this dealership. I inquired initially about purchasing a GMC Yukon. When asking the sales representative to send photos of the vehicle, all were taken in portrait mode - making the vehicle appear to be much nicer than it actually was. I drove over 2 hours to look at this vehicle, only to find that there was an obviously visible hole in the carpet with several cigarette burned holes as well. None of which had been disclosed to me. Additionally, the sales representative who sent those photos and initiated a finance deal with me was not even present the day I scheduled to come. After looking at the lot, I did purchase a vehicle with a nice sales representative, Carl, who was patient and kind in helping me find a new vehicle. Now, a couple of years later, I have decided to trade that vehicle in at another dealership, which led me to call Rountree and ask to cancel my GAP insurance and extended warranty - which should be an easy process. I called the dealership several times to speak with someone about cancelling it, and was given the runaround claiming everyone was "busy" and would get back with me. After the 4th attempt of calling, I spoke with Clarence who supposedly "helped" me cancel the GAP and warranty and told me it would take 6-8 weeks for my check to be mailed. Now, over 10 weeks later, I have nothing. I sent two follow up emails to Clarence with no response back. After calling the dealership again several times, I finally got the help I needed with Russell - who has been much easier to deal with and has picked up his coworker's slack in this process. So, here's to another 6-8 weeks of waiting on a check that should have been here weeks ago.”

“I am not from the state of Florida but I'm here now in crawfordville I am from up North in Chicagoland and I was ready for some service oil change tire rotation for my SUV so I reached out too big ED in the service department. He told me to bring the vehicle in so I could scan it and see what time that kind of direct I got there. He was right there and the service was amazing. He scanned my vehicle. See I had a couple free oil changes left which was nice because I was at a different dealership and to be honest with you they were of nothing but rude and that was in Tallahassee. You could probably figure out what's the biggest dealership until I have you but either way big Ed was the man he was able to get me in right away in which was awesome cuz I didn't have an appointment I thought it might be too busy. I'd have to come back but that was not the case of you wouldn't far beyond what my expectations were and on top of it he had my service performed that hour which is a great big oak cuz I don't know it's a long ride. It's about 2 and 1/2 hours for me but it's well worth it. I told him I'd be back and he's like you want to make that ride again like I'll make it every time because of service was good and I walked out of there. Unstressed and knowing everything I needed to know about my Chevy and that was all because of him. If I had my own business I would. Hire him in a second.. ! He is a leader that's for sure!! A big thanks to you Ed. I Appreciate you!!!!”

“Randall Hewitt was an absolute pleasure to work with, I traded in my 2023 2500HD gasser for a 2026 2500HD Z71 Duramax and they got me top dollar on trade and everything just went so smoothly, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new Chevrolet to go see Randall and he will make it happen, the detail shop did leave swirl marks down the passenger side of the truck, But Randall wasted no time getting them to buff and polish the whole truck and it came out PERFECT!
