“Called Jerry and set to show me a used truck Saturday morning, when I got there he informed me that one was sold Friday, but he had another one i might be interested in , we walked out to the back lot and he showed me a nice 17 ram, I told him I really liked it but wasn't looking for a 4x4 really. He went to get the keys while I looked it over and under. I test drove it while we talked about the other trucks on the lot in my price range, the were newer but high mileage was my issue, we got back to the dealership and started talking price and down payment trying to keep in my payment price range. We went back inside and started the process, talked with finance manager and ended up getting the deal made. I didn't feel pressured. It was a great experience with the dealership! Voided deal due to vehicle not being safe. 3 weeks later still haven’t gotten my down payment back AND they have that same unsafe truck up for sale again for someone else to fall victim to.
