“I went in 2 months ago to have my 22 outlander serviced for coolant disappearing. They stated it was a broken thermostat. I was told the system was down so I couldn’t get a quote. I called, several times a week for over a month. I would get the same response “ we will call you back” I even had the GM say they will call me back. I never got a call back. After 1.5 months, I got an answer that the part was ordered. Monday, I went in to get an updated because I was tired of being told “ we will call you back”. When I went in, I was informed the part was NEVER ordered! I drove over an hour away to lake Charles to be told “ they will call me when they order the part” Today is Thursday, guess what????? Still no call back! This is the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with!”
