“I had a very disappointing experience at Mike Patton Ford. While shopping for a vehicle, I felt that my concerns weren’t taken seriously and that communication from management was dismissive rather than helpful. When I tried to clarify pricing and financing details, I didn’t receive clear answers, which made the process feel stressful and rushed.
I believe customer service starts at the top, and unfortunately, my interaction with management left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. Buying a vehicle is a major decision, and I expected more transparency and professionalism.
I would recommend future customers ask detailed questions and get everything clearly documented before signing.
