“Met with my dealer Trevin multiple months ago and test drove a 2026 Kia Sportage. On that specific day I told him I would eventually be back. He stayed in touch with me, but did not drive me crazy like other dealerships texting everyday asking a million questions. I decided last minute one day I would go buy a vehicle and I had one specific in mind. On the way to Sterling Kia, I stopped by Sterling Jeep because the Grand Cherokee’s are nice. The Dealer was very nice but his manager would not work with us on making a deal without running credit score. We did not want credit score to go down from different dealerships wanting to look and see and we end up not purchasing a vehicle. Finally I jumped ship and went to Sterling Kia like I told Trevin I was coming that morning. When we arrived he had a set of keys, but not to the car I spotted when I arrived. He went grab the keys and allowed me to test drive. I knew then and there it was the vehicle. The whole team worked together to make my experience exceptional for my first time purchase. Thanks to all at Sterling Kia! Will be recommending friends and family. I just need some free oil changes now.”

“In my 50 years of purchasing automobiles, this was the best experience I’ve ever had during the purchase process. Don, our salesman, was no pressure, answering all my questions and pulling out multiple cars to let me look at as I decided on color combinations/features. Paperwork was quick and easy . Joel, the “tech guy” spent well over an hour going over all the features, getting my KIA app set up and answering my questions - AFTER the sale. Mike in finance/insurance was fantastic! If service after the sale is anything like service before the sale, I will be a returning customer. And I love the ‘26 Kia Sorento that I chose. Sterling gets a thumb’s up and 5 stars from my experience with them. It’s the way a new car purchase should be.”

“I got out of the car and Richard Hayes greeted me at the door and asked how can he help and I told him I was interested in the blue 24 Chevy Trax and he pulled the key and we went on a test drive and then ran some numbers..then I was sold. Richard made the process a breeze and Jon Michael made the finance and insurance so easy..Highly recommend!!”
