“I brought my vehicle in for a recommended vehicle maintenance and routine oil change-tire rotation. The scheduling process online was easy. Dropping off the vehicle and speaking to the lady at the counter was pleasant. The problem occurred with the actual appointment. No one called about not being able to locate my tire lock. When I was called about my vehicle being done, it was not mentioned. When I paid for the service, nothing was reviewed. It was only as I got in my vehicle and was reviewing the invoice on my own did I notice the lug nut comment. I went back inside to speak to the service advisor. He was not even aware of the comment. I feel this matter was not handled very well. If a phone call had been made, I could have provided the location if the lug nut lock for my tire rotation to be completed. My vehicle was dropped off at 10:30am, and I did not go pick it up til after 3pm.”
