“Ww bought a van and had to turn it back in, it was leaking water in it when rained and needed a new transmission, had mold in the back. After a month of driving a rental, we found another van and when we were driving off we noticed a headlight out and a tail light out- it has been over a week now and we are still waiting for the new tail light to come in. We were told afterwards that they do NOT inspect vehicles in Lafayette because they expect the larger Carmax stores to do that before being shipped to Lafayette. Shouldn't they know what product they are pushing out to consumers, as we are paying a lot for a vehicle?? This has been a nightmare, and not only for us, but other customers were complaining as well about what they were sold, This is our 4th Carmax buy; and the w orst experience with Carmax ever, our previous purchases from Houston and Baton Rouge were great experiences. I would not recommend anyone go to Lafayette Carmax, Nice people, terrible vehicles, Tito R Melody W”

Sam helped us get our quote and was not at all pushy in getting a rush decision, he allowed us to review and work things on our end within the 7 day period the quote is valid for. When we finally had our ducks in order Joey helped us through the process and even after as we had forgotten some items in the car compartments. Overall would recommend to anyone!”
