“Disappointed with the service department. Dropped truck off the monday night for a Tuesday appointment. I called Tuesday in the afternoon because I hadn't heard anything. I left a message but no one called back. I called Wednesday morning and this time I talked to a Thomas he said they just had put the truck up to look at it keep in mind the truck was supposed to be worked on Tuesday. While I was on the phone I confirmed the amount quoted for oil change, tires rotated and diagnostic. I asked him 2 to 3xs and he confirmed. When I got the invoice it was almost $100 more than quoted I asked him about it and he said thats what the invoice says I said I asked u several times the price and u said yes the quoted price is what we would owe. He ended up taking about $50 off the bill but it was still more than quoted. We decided to hold off of having the work done they were almost $700 more than the other 2 places I got a quote from. When my daughter went to pick up the truck the man that drove it out to her and put it in park while the truck was still moving.
The lack of communication, the bill being more than quoted price after confirming price and the fact that they put a moving vehicle in park. I absolutely would NOT recommend this dealership.”

“We have been looking for a Dodge Durango for awhile. We came across it on their website and my husband reached out. Michael Lynch responded. He made a video of the Durango and sent it to my husband. We live in Anderson and decided to make the trip to Lafayette. Michael has been the best. He is kind, caring and treats you like family. He is definitely an asset for Twin City. Tyrus was kind and kept checking on us and would talk and get to know us. They are both the best. GO IU!”

The manager Ramses Margary made the leasing process easy. I would recommend this dealership and the personnel to my closest friends and family”

“Mike greeted me with a smile and handshake immediately upon entering the building. We had a short discussion and within about 15 minutes we had a vehicle narrowed down. The sales process was smooth, professional and fair. Service and communication after the sale was excellent. Highly recommend Mike, Nate and the rest of the team at Twin City!”

“Ivan was great to work with… He was super chill and easy to talk with.
They were officially closed the entire time, which showed their commitment. He stayed over after hours to help me understand my options.
The general manager, Ray, was also great. Their negotiating skills were solid, and they gave me the space to think through my options. Overall, a positive experience.
