Had such a positive experience buying my first MB SUV. Look for Joshua - he is my dealer. Even after our transaction, he continues to support and help me answer questions about the vehicle. He works with a wonderful team - Matthew & Mark. They went above and beyond, I highly recommend if you’re looking for a luxury car

I bought my C class from this location, Jay Mason helped me he is amazing. Very transparent, super helpful and even called to check on things. 10/10 I was dead set on only shopping online to avoid dealing with car sales people, but Jay completely changed my outlook on this. I would recommend this dealership every time!

Was looking at a GLB35. I dealt with Matthew and had an amazing experience! Definitely one of the top 3 Benz dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. I travel a lot for work and was unable to pick the vehicle up multiple times & he worked with me every time. Unfortunately I was informed after my second delay another customer was coming. So I was given the option to pay $1,350 to ship it or potentially lose the deal due to timing. Because Matthew was so good to me I just walked away because I did not want him to have to wait and I did not want to spend the extra 1350 lol. I would highly recommend this dealership. Had an amazing experience! Update 03-29-26 I’m still leaving 5 stars, not because this was a great buying experience, but because this situation ultimately protected me from what would have been a financially devastating loan. In the end, it turned into a great learning experience and confirmed that I should always trust my first instincts. Let my lesson be your blessing. Originally, I was working with this dealership to purchase a vehicle and was told I was approved through my bank for 60 months around 12% APR with zero down. I have screenshots confirming this (see Screenshot A). Later in the process, after asking the dealership to honor the original internet price we had discussed (a difference of only about $251), the financing terms suddenly changed. I was then told the only option available was 84 months at 15.65% APR with zero down. That would have resulted in roughly $35,000 in interest, with nearly $8,000 of interest in the first year alone. Even more confusing, when I questioned the change, I was told that the 84-month term came from me, even though I have proof I never requested or suggested an 84-month loan (see Screenshot B). That type of loan would have been financial suicide and left me extremely underwater. I would never structure a car purchase that way. There were also a few other things during the process that made me pause. For example, I was quoted a shipping price that was actually $50 more than what I ended up paying to ship my vehicle all the way from Texas, which was significantly farther away. That was surprising considering the distance difference. Another small example was an accessory I asked about where I was quoted $254 per side, even though the part actually comes as a set of two. I ended up purchasing the same genuine part elsewhere for $238 for the complete set. None of those things by themselves are major issues, but combined they reinforced the importance of double-checking numbers and doing independent research. What makes this even more interesting is that during this process, two unexpected things happened that prevented me from coming to the dealership earlier. The first time, a major storm prevented me from traveling. The second time, a family emergency came up. Looking back, I truly believe that was divine intervention. Because of those delays, I continued searching and ended up finding an even better deal at a dealership in Texas. That deal ended up being: • $7,000 cheaper purchase price • 48-month loan at 11% APR • Only missing the driver assistance package and had about 13k more miles By taking the Texas deal instead of the 84-month loan that was presented to me, I will pay the vehicle off 45% faster and save over $25,000 in interest. When you combine the $7,000 price difference and the interest savings, it honestly feels like I almost got this truck for free compared to the loan structure I was being pushed toward. Ironically, the dealership that tried to push the 84-month financing lost the sale entirely, and the salesperson who originally worked with me watched the deal go to another dealership because of the financing structure that was presented. If the financing terms had simply stayed the same as what I was originally approved for, the deal would have been completed immediately. as of this review, the exact Mercedes-Benz GLB 35 AMG I was ready to purchase remains on the lot after more than 84 days 🤣.Give that finance manager a raise asap!

I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service at Mercedes-Benz of Lafayette. From the moment I arrived, the team was attentive, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. They walked me through every detail without any upselling or confusion, kept everything on schedule, and handled my car with real care. Finding a service department you actually trust is rare, but this one sets the standard. I’ll be returning without hesitation and highly recommend them to any Mercedes owner.
