“We had a great experience getting our 2023 Sportage X Line! Josh was so easy to work with and great start to finish. Positive, informative, helpful, and not too pushy. We also spoke with James for financing and he was great too! They both stayed late after closing on a Friday night to help us out.”

“If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband and I drove an hour out to see a telluride I was highly interested in trading my Bronco for. First of all, the car had plenty more miles on it than what is advertised. Outside of that, working with these people is like talking to a brick wall. We came in with exact numbers we were looking for in terms of trade in value, with other offers we had received IN HAND, and what we were willing to purchase the car for. Not only will they not work with you, but they’ll come up with phrases such as, “I just don’t think this is the car for you.” A team full of egos, and the car is still listed for sale (surprise, surprise).
But don’t worry, we purchased the exact same vehicle from Community Kia of Bloomington, with everything still wrapped nicely. They worked with us, were transparent the entire time and made the deal happen. If you’re looking for a Kia, I cannot recommend them enough!”

“I always enjoy bringing my Kia in for a visit. My visits are always really quick and the staff are super friendly and helpful.
After they check out your car, a consultant will decipher the vehicle inspection paperwork with you, ensuring that you understand what parts need servicing or replacing. My consultant, Josh, really is the best. He's very helpful, attentive, detail-oriented, and has a great personality for customer service.
They have a nice customer lounge, with clean restrooms, plenty of seating, a stocked vending machine, and a coffee maker. It tends to be quiet and relaxing.”

“My husband and I have bought a Telluride and Sorento from this Kia. Telluride was great but I advise against a Sorento. We have had nonstop issues on a car with only 17k miles. All the sensors go off randomly while driving and yesterday it began to violently shake on the interstate. Kia said to bring it in, so I scheduled routine maintenance and for them to look at the electronic and shaking issue. Even though I have taken a photo every time the sensors go off, we were told there is nothing they can do (we have the electronics warranty). Then they said it’s not shaking for them and forgot to do the routine maintenance while my husband sat there for hours. We both work FT and can’t afford to keep taking off of work. I’m beyond frustrated and ready to trade it in for a Honda or Toyota. - Nicole Arvin”

“Jaden Shackelford made our first leasing experience an absolute dream! We went in weary due to a horrible previous experience at an Avon Kia dealership. Instantly, our worries melted away when we started talking with Jaden. From start to finish, the process was a breeze and Jaden made sure we were well taken care of. Always checking in to see if we needed a drink or anything. In between Jaden running numbers for us, we got to meet one of the managers named Mike who was just as kind.
