“I’ve used LaBelle Ford in the past with good results. Of the 3 Ford dealers I have used over the last 8 years, they have been the best. No over inflated prices or “You need to get this done right away” stuff. Plus, they seem genuinely friendly & easy to work with. Giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because when I called inquiring about my truck, they said they would return my call with an update asap. They called the next day saying truck was ready. Will continue to use this dealership.”

“Stopped in Plattner in Venice to look at a RAM truck and ended up driving it home. Everyone I met there was top notch from the sales team to the finance department. Very friendly, not pushy and unlike most other dealerships. Will definitely check here first in the future. Also gave me a great deal on the RAM. Thanks guys”

“Be aware and careful!!!! I have been buying a Ford F250, prior signing the sale I was promised several items what will be fixed + a detailing. As soon I paid and came in next day, most promised repairs have been denied, the detailing was done - but turned out is was just a car wash - see pictures. This car dealership will promise you everything just to sale a car, but will not keep any promises! Be careful, before you sign and pay, let them fix and do what they promise - otherwise you end up like me. Also at the car I bought, the engine light came on, It was prior sale deleted - so you can’t see it. Drive the car you are buying at least 10 miles because this is what it takes the engine light to come back on. Very shady dealership, you must be careful!!”

“I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, we absolutely love our 2026 Ford Ranger; it’s a fantastic truck with all the features we wanted. However, the purchasing process involved significant misrepresentation regarding pricing and "optional" equipment. While working with our sales representative, Yanell, we were explicitly told that several add-ons, such as LoJack and ceramic coating, were optional. We declined them. However, once we sat down with the finance department, the price jumped by nearly $7,000. When we questioned the increase, the finance manager informed us that these "optional" items were already installed and that we were "stuck with them," contradicting what we were told on the sales floor. While we ultimately moved forward with the deal because we wanted the vehicle, the lack of transparency was disappointing. It felt like a "bait and switch" on pricing after we had already reached an agreement. I would advise future customers to double-check that what sales promises aligns with what finance charges before getting too far into the process.”

“I have changed my rating from 5 to 1. There were some things that happened that made this experience not enjoyable. I do like the truck, but do not like the process. The reasons are: I was given an appt. by your team and hen I arrived at the dealership, after driving 140 miles, I encountered another salesperson showing and test driving the truck I came to buy. Keep in mind that one of the managers had texted me an hour earlier, so he knew I was coming. We were rushed to make quick decisions just so the other couple couldn't buy the truck first. I don't think that is good business. The truck was filthy dirty so that you couldn't really see the shape of the body. It was not until I got back home and hand washed it myself, is when I found a couple more dings and scratches. I understand that it is a used vehicle, but it would have been nice to inspect a clean truck. Before we even made it to the table, I was asked for a 5 star Google review. That is like tipping before getting my food. Once again, not good business. I was asked again for a 5 star Google review as she waited for me to give in. After we got all paperwork signed and received keys, we given keys to a mostly clean truck. As we drove a few blocks away, I realized that you only gave e me a half a tank of gas. I guess if you spend $40k for a vehicle, you don't get a full tank of gas. I called and spoke with a manager and was informed that company policy is to only give a quarter tank of gas, but he would fill it up for me. Unbelievable!! It is because of these things that happened is the reason why I have changed my rating. I am happy with the truck, but if I didn't just drive 140 miles to buy it, I probably would have walked away. The experience was not enjoyable. It seems like your group is more interested in a Google review more than actually making a customer happy to spend a large amount of money at your dealership.”
