A few days ago I drove my Titan into their service bay. I was greeted by Juan Castillo. He walked over to me and heard the issue with my truck and immediately knew what the problem was. Within 5 minutes it was in the shop with a technician. In about 30 minutes it was repaired and working fine! You do not get this quality and competent service anywhere else from car dealerships. Juan Castillo has my vote of confidence and is the reason I come to Torre Nissan instead of another Nissan dealership in the Valley. Way to go Torre Nissan. It is easy to see why this facility is a 5 star business!”
