“Purchased a truck in 2022. Sales were good. 2026 now and the service center is below average. A few people are nice, some are rude and simply don't care. The body shop was pretty solid. They didn't put my hood back together correctly during a recall service. When I called about the missing pieces they said they'd mail it to me only after showing them a picture when I got home. They never sent it. I emailed and called about it and never got a response. Getting a rental car is a nightmare. Been going for 4 years now and not once did I feel seen or valued as a customer who spent over $80k here. Just another inconvenience was the customer service vibes I receive in general.”
