“Bought a 2020 Ram here for what I would consider to be the very top of end of the value range for the year, mileage and condition. They would not negotiate even the slightest in price. Truck seemed solid so I went ahead with the purchase anyway. 2 days after buying the truck I noticed whoever they hired to detail and clean it buffed all the paint right off and straight down to the bare metal around the rear windows. This is now a big issue concerning rust. 4 days after buying the truck the brakes started squealing badly and I noticed the exhaust manifolds have a nasty exhaust leak until the engine warms up. This issue is continuously getting worse to the point that it’s getting loud after the engine warms and I was quoted over $1,000 to have it fixed. 2 weeks faster owning it the drivers side mirror fell out of housing, and that’s when I also noticed it was a cheap aftermarket mirror that had been replaced already. The dealership has offered to have the truck looked at by a mechanic they deal with, but only if I take a day off work and would have nothing to drive while waiting on the repairs to be done. I can’t take time off work to be dealing with all these issues on a truck we just paid almost 30k for. Unfortunately I will have to change my 4 star review to 1 star. I understand this is a used truck, but it wasn’t a cheap one and I would’ve thought it would have been gone through better before listing for sale, especially for the listed price.”
