I was up from Florida. Battery needed jumped 3 times inclean. (20-30 degree temps overnight). Only 3 yrs old. They were able to get me in & change battery same day for only cost of the battery. 5-stars for that. My ONLY concern is that they did not read any fault codes before they changed the battery and 'wiped the slate clean'. I would have liked to know if there was another issue that caused the battery to die all of a sudden. Hopefully all is good. If not, I'll add another review.

Buyer beware! I brought a 21 Durango for the family. While test driving i noticed a few issues that needed attention. So when I arrived back I informed them that there were issues with the alignment and the rear brake lights were not working. I also told them there was a error message appearing on the radio screen. They agreed to fix these issues no problem. So I agree to purchase. They sold me a warranty for the car as a 36 month 36K mile bumper to bumper warranty. As I was worried there maybe issues in the future and it'd be nice to have that piece of mind. WRONG! They had the car aligned and told me it was ready to go. They were just waiting on the rear light bar to arrive and they would pick up the car and install. I got the call that the car was done. I showed up to a new light bar installed and all my emblems super glued on. I told them that this wasn't gonna work. They once again ordered another light bar. When I dropped the vehicle back off I informed them there was a loud pop coming from the front. They say okay we will look at it. Kept the car for 2 weeks and couldn't find anything but could hear it. So they claim to have dropped the sub frame and "applied loctite" to the bolts and reinstalled. You guessed it, not fixed. I tell them i will take it to a local dealer to have it looked at. Which they agreed to cover the inspection. Next dealer says the ball joints are bad and need replaced. They sell a warranty that is a waste. The thing with thier warranty is, the first 30 days, all repairs are paid out by Brad Howell. Thus why they kept my car for weeks so they could get out of the 30 day grace period and the warranty would have to cover the cost as well as my out of pocket cost. Baxter, the "Manager" is not calling you back. Brad, definitely not calling you back. Justin, the sales manager, you guessed it, not calling you back.

My mother is 85, and they take great care of her vehicle needs. She buys all of her vehicles from them, and they do all her maintenance. Recently, her immaculate Ford Edge got rear ended and was a total loss. Miraculously, nobody in her car was injured thanks to advanced Ford safety technology. Mr. Howell personally helped her every step of the way, from providing documentation of the great condition of her vehicle for the insurance company so she could get a fair settlement, to helping find a replacement when inventory was tight due to supply chain. It’s good to know that whenever she needs something vehicle related, they can be trusted to take care of her.
