“Took my mom's RAV 4 hybrid in for 35k service. During our pre service conversation, I let the service rep know how important it was that we receive feedback on the tread depth condition of her tires. I really stressed this to him. We leave for breakfast and was contacted about an hour later and Said our vehicle is done. First thing , I want to know what the tread depth was. He said 4/32. This is pretty dang low and and would not be safe in the rain. I'm frustrated at this point because did not share this over the phone. We request new tires to be replaced nestled after receiving the news and wait another 2 hours for install and alignment: after this time elapsed , I go to check for completion and our car is waiting outside in the parking lot. I checked in with the service rep and he said he was waiting on the shop foreman to bring him the paperwork. 20-30 mons go by and still no paperwork . Again I am frustrated because the sense of urgency was not present . He goes to look for our documentation and finds it on the foreman's toolbox. So what should have taken two hours to complete, actually took 4.5hrs. Reallly disappointing in the lack of accountability and no sense of urgency to ensure your making your customers feel like concerns are handled properly.”
