Danny is very professional. He had the suggestion all ready for my husband for an XT5 I would love. The sales process was easy and fairly quick but compared to former purchases it was very comfortable. I love being GM and committed to Cadillac! I also come here for Freddie!

Cadillac of Knoxville was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. This is my first purchase from Cadillac of Knoxville and from start to finish was easy and pleasurable, if that’s possible! Our salesman, Danny Spradlin, was spectacular. Easy to talk to and knowledgeable of every aspect of the new vehicle. He led us every step of the way with no pressure to buy. I would recommend Cadillac of Knoxville to anyone.

Shoutout to Michael The Ref and staff at Cadillac of Knoxville! I purchased my vehicle out of state and when I called in they had a walk through video ready for me within an hour. They made the entire purchase process super easy. Michael checked in multiple times even after I purchased the vehicle. That alone shows the level of professionalism at this place. Upon receiving the vehicle, it was in PERFECT condition! We love it and it exceeded our expectations again.

I don't think I've ever left a bad review but this place has very bad customer service and their auto techs are careless with their work. First, I went there for multiple services in late 2024 and got oil changed, tires rotated, a fuel injector cleaning, and rear diff fluid changed. I have a 2022 ct4v blackwing. I was there for hours. Then, they washed my car and there appears to me swirl marks on it, which they didn't ask me to do. Secondly, I got home and noticed a small dent in my back door that wasn't there before. I just didn't call them back since I refused to let someone their fix it when they were already rough with it. They also had to text drive it to see if the manual/shifter was shifting right and no one could drive it and they found someone who could and said it was fine but it still shifts rough from 1st to 2nd gear. Fast forward to 2025, I stopped in and was asking about the battery in it and they needed my VIN. I was just asking about a general part and they didn't have the time to even try to help me. Such poor customer service. Lastly, I said I wasn't going to ever go there and did my own oil change today (5/16/25) and the oil filter was so tight I could barely get it off. It's like they purposely put it in their that tight. It was so ridiculous that it was bending as I tried to get it off. Again, I never leave bad reviews. This is my first. I highly recommend anyone with a nice car that cares about it to not take it to Cadillac of Knoxville. I hope they improve and use this comment to save future customers from the issues they caused me.
