“Bought a car a couple months ago, met basically the whole team, everything seemed great until less than 2 weeks owning the car the check engine light came on. For the coolant sensors and heater core. I brought it in and they said they'd fix it free of charge, waited 3 hours for them to replace apparently only 1 coolant sensor while claiming they'd do both, and told me that would fix the heater core code. Real shocker, check engine came back, I went back down there, they told me to come in the following Monday, waited 3 more hours in the lobby and they told me "sorry, the official manual says you have to replace both sensors and we only did one last time, this will fix it". Once again within a day my check engine light is back on. I go back down there and I'm told the mechanic is out and that they'll give him my contact info and he'll call me Monday, funny thing is the mechanic literally walks into the room directly after the guy at the desk said he was gone for the day. Well Monday was my 30th day owning the car so dude never even called me. The same code comes back every other day, I'm not even sure that I believe they replaced the coolant sensors tbh. Probably just had me sit in the lobby while they laughed at me. Idk. Kinda bullshit. Anyways, been almost 2 months, no callback, no fixes. And the list of repairs they gave me claiming were done to the car totalling up to $3,600 was a fake list, they declined all of the big ticket repairs but still tried to act like it was done to the car. So read the supposed repair list very carefully because they'll tell you things were done but if you read the fine print you'll see the repairs were declined but they'll add it to the total anyway. Really expected better from the supposed most reputable dealership in town.”

“I have had a very positive experience with Lithia Toyota in Klamath Falls from day 1 of first reaching out to them. I had done my research & knew exactly what I wanted. It wasn’t just that they offered the best deal as far as availability & pricing, but also it was the way everyone treated me with respect & consideration. David & the rest of the team have been so professional, patient, knowledgeable, prompt & efficient. All transactions prior to taking delivery of my new vehicle was done via phone. This was the first for me & I was a tad bit apprehensive to say the least. But it was truly effortless from my perspective. Everyone was so wonderful to work with.
KUDOS to not only David Delaney, my salesman, but also to Tim, Crystal, and Donnie. They all made sure that my experience with purchasing my new 2025 Signia Limited was nothing but positive.
Thank You!”

“This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Brett Henderson went out of his way to be so helpful through the whole purchasing process. Together he helped me buy my car online at an amazing price. I want to thank the manager, Tim, for finding the perfect car for me. Brett was so patient with me - I had so many questions. I can't thank him enough.”

“If anyone is gonna help you its Donnie more reliable then anyone at the dealership this guy right here should be promoted for the effort and dedication put into making this all right. The companies financed me a used Cadillac came with a couple problems that the warranty didn’t cover adding up to 20k when the car itself is maybe 10k they will upcharge you paying premium price for a vehicle that is not reliable I've called multiple times over the months paying for high price for a vehicle being only a 2014 is not worth what I'm paying especially when there is underlying issues that weren't ever brought up during the sale. This company gives off the vibe they can careless about you they just want you in a car that you have to figure your way out of. I'd stay far away from
This company they just want your money they wont fix your car they will act like they're doing fixes but there just delaying the problem for the future. When you buy a car your best bet is to buy a brand new vehicle make payments on it so therefor your value of the vehicle is high for a trade-in if u were to run into problems that would make the investment not worth it!:) word of advice if u are getting a newer vehicle don't settle for less and get exactly what you want because they will always always try to convince you whats going to bring in the most money to the company. They don't care about community.”

“We walked in twenty minutes before closing on a Saturday and was greeted by shawn who offered cold bottled water and connected us with Cameron who was knowledgeable with the vehicle we were looking for. Cameron listened and treated us like family making sure we were happy and explained every step of the process. Cameron, Shawn and Crystal made the experience great, but Cameron has went above and beyond checking in with us often to ensure we are happy and answering any questions and concerns. All three stayed late and were amazingly kind and attentive. Thank you.”
