“My husband and I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota 4Runner from Toyota of Kirkland and it was by far the best experience we have had with a dealership. We traveled about 2 hours for this vehicle, and got there a bit early, and planned to wait until our salesperson, Liz, was available for our agreed appointment time. Liz was ready for us right away, and greeted us with a printed copy of the Carfax for the vehicle we were interested in. Liz had the 4Runner pulled up for us and ready to drive! We weren’t very familiar with the area, so she went for our first test drive to show us a good route, and then when we switched drivers we were able to go on our own. Liz knew all the details of the year and trim of the 4Runner we were buying and showed us how to use all the bells and whistles. The financing portion of the purchase was straight forward, and well communicated. I highly recommend this dealership, especially if you work with Liz!”

“For seven years, I have been coming to Kirkland Toyota for car service without any issues, but today, for the first time, I encountered an inexperienced staff member. When I arrived in the morning, I was informed that I would need to wait until 5 PM, which I accepted. Upon returning at 5 PM, they attempted to give me the wrong car, claiming that the service was free. It was only then that they realized it wasn’t my car but someone else’s. They then informed me that I would need to wait an additional hour for my vehicle to be ready. After waiting for another hour, I was told that my car would definitely be ready today, but it still wasn’t. This experience made it clear that the staff member was neither knowledgeable nor competent in their role, and as a result, my entire day was wasted. A simple oil change should not take this long or cause this much inconvenience. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the poor service I received. Moving forward, I will ensure to take all necessary measures to avoid such incidents. This level of service is unacceptable. Note : Also, it still says maintenance required on the screen. I wonder if they gave it back without checking it at all. I also paid a $150 service fee. We should be careful!!!”
