“⭐️ 1 Star Review purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion from Ford of Kirkland UPDATE: 1.20.2026 don’t trust these guys, don’t buy the extended warranty either. It’s a HUGE SCAM! Here we are 6 months later and the car we bought is still sitting in the repair shop waiting for an engine. The extended warranty company Prosidium , these guys have been a joke and so so petty with this transaction. For god sake the car still has the stickers on the windows and the Ford of Kirkland plates on it. We did not cause this. Just be careful when buying a use car from these guys. Ford of Kirkland should be embarrassed!!! We have emailed Ford of Kirkland (Mike Littleman)to be exact, he has refused to email us back with a Solution or take any responsibility. In the email we did receive, Mike compared this to someone going and “getting a good bill of health and becoming ill 2 weeks later,is that the doctors fault” are you kidding me that’s what you have to say. They sold us a lemon. Whether they knew it or not, they should feel obligated to fix this problem! Only giving one star because our sales guy was nice and the taco truck out back was great. Everything else was a nightmare. Had the car only for a couple a weeks and the car started to over heat, went in got it checked out to only be told the car has a blown head gasket. When we called, The manager we was rude and dismissive, saying, “What do you expect when you buy a $10k car?” — when it actually cost $18k after financing. The financing was also a nightmare. We went in with our own financing, them telling us oh we can get you a way better deal ended up not be being the better deal. Should have went with our gut and stuck with what we had. Save yourself the stress. We should’ve gone to a small mom-and-pop lot. I’ll be filing a BBB complaint — they sold us an unsafe, unreliable car and took zero responsibility. “As is” doesn’t erase consumer!”
