“I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership.
I went in for two consecutive days to purchase a vehicle. During that time, I completed the financing process, which resulted in hard inquiries on my credit report. I was also instructed to obtain full coverage insurance for the specific vehicle in order to proceed with the deal, which I did.
After completing those steps, I was informed that the deal would not move forward because I declined to purchase an extended warranty. I was told, in substance, that they make more money on warranty packages. Shortly after, I was also told the vehicle had been sold to someone else because they received a better offer and would “make more money” on that deal.
As a buyer, I expect transparency and professionalism—especially when it involves credit inquiries and insurance activation. Running hard credit checks and requiring insurance before finalizing the terms, only to cancel the transaction due to a declined add-on product, is extremely frustrating and costly.
I would strongly advise future customers to get all terms in writing upfront, confirm that the vehicle is secured before authorizing credit inquiries, and clarify whether purchasing add-ons like warranties is being treated as a condition of approval.

“Would not recommend anyone to go here nor will I return in the future myself. I found a car at this dealership through Costco a while ago and this dealership made it an awful experience. Seems like a good place to go....if you're looking for a group of individuals who have no idea what they are doing that is.
Anyways, they sold me a tire with a bubble in the tire. I don't know how they missed that but then made it a song and a dance regarding how to fix such mistake.”

“I took my charger for first time and since I made the call Hansel Ramirez gave me a great customer service over the phone, ones I arrived to get the service done, Hansel was super polite, his customer service skills on point and my car was ready on time. As a customer, I am big on customer service and he definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Hansel for the care of my car and service giving for my safety.”
