“Dishonest pricing and poor customer service. We made an appointment several days in advance to see a 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD listed on CarGurus for $10,490. When we arrived, the car was blocked in, dirty, and had low tire pressure — clearly no effort was made to prepare it for our appointment. After test driving and deciding to move forward with the purchase, the salesperson suddenly told us the price did not include a $1,500 required down payment, which brought the total to around $13,500 with fees. This was never disclosed online or mentioned until we were ready to buy. The experience felt misleading and unprofessional, and we left very disappointed. If you value honesty and transparency, avoid this dealership.”
