“I am not entirely satisfied with my experience at this establishment. I was interested in a particular vehicle, and while the staff was very cordial, when we inquired about the ideal price, we were informed that the displayed price was not the complete listing price. An additional amount of over $1,000 was added, and while I understand that businesses have their own pricing strategies, which I am not here to dispute, this is not the primary reason for my review. The following day, I noticed that the listed price had been increased even further, which I found regrettable. I am uncertain of their rationale; however, the timing of this change, made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed, especially since I had expressed interest in the vehicle. Consequently, I had to forgo a purchase that I would have cherished and maintained with great care. I extend my best wishes to them”

“Drove all the way to dealership (4 hour drive) they went through paperwork and when getting to the last paper being signed was the agreed upon OTD price for a grey 2015 Nissan Juke. Which was all via WRITTEN text. I came with a bank cashiers Check from the bank. They changed the price last minute and gave themselves a tip and than when I questioned them “ come on man just give me $200 cash and we can make this deal” tried hiding and being sneaky about it. Tried speaking Spanish and didn’t know I spoke Spanish and heard everything they were sneaking between themselves. FYI; 2015 Juke had faulty aftermarket radio which lost ability of the 360cams/ lost backup cam/ center console is wobbly and missing pieces. Center console 12v power supply has been broken and removed. No history of walnut Blasting cleaning for the direct injected system. Can hear slight timing chain slack. OEM DRL lights are not working. ($600-800/each) Be aware! Dishonest people, lack respect and professionalism. I would recommend going elsewhere. The vehicles as not what you expect. I worked on cars for years, I brought my OBD scanner tool and went through all parameters. Check for deleted codes and driving cycles. They try to have you sign papers voiding your Lemon Law protection.”
