“Can’t do zero but they definitely deserve zero stars. I bought a car back in January 2025. It was a 2023 car and less than one week that car broke down from electrical issues. Went back to this dealership asking for help and they refused to help. The guy with the fake spill cup basically told me to deal with it myself. Took the car to another dealership they told me that this dealership Ziegler messed with the electrical component. After weeks of trying to call Ziegler to set an appointment to get the car fix and asking for Kim who sold me the car she avoided my calls and after two weeks she finally called me back. they took my car middle of Jan 10th and I never got it back until March 26(still having to pay for this car minded you) they told me the car was fix and that it is deemed drivable. the car broke down again March 30th. I went to the other Delership to have them fix it. That Delership told me ziegler made it worse and that they left the electrical box dangling and not secured in its place. I once again had to call Ziegler to ask for help on the car they were dodging again and once they finally agree to help after I said about bringing lawyer involved. They refuse to get my a Temp car so I can get to and from work. Terrible people who work their, only think about selling and not the customers needs, sell faulty cars. Kim is unqualified to be a sell rep and the staff couldn’t be less approachable. Stay far away from this place if you want to have something reliable and good quality cars Or honest and genuine people.”

“This review is for the service department, which was merely an average service experience and customer service is lacking. They charge a 3% credit card fee, which was not shared in my booking email or noted when I booked on the Subaru app. For this reason alone, I will not return to this dealership. I do not carry a debit card or hundreds of dollars with me, so that was not a solution Additionally, I've been to other Subaru dealerships for oil changes that check-in with me regularly throughout the process and send pictures or videos of the car's status and showing the clean dipstick, they did not do any of these nice customer service things here. So I really have no way to know if the service was actually done correctly. Finally, I was standing near the service lane waiting for my car for 15 minutes. I asked the lady I checked out with if I was waiting in the right spot and she said the car wash gets backed up, and to keep waiting. After another 5 minutes I wandered outside to find my car sitting out there! I had to go bug the people who check-in for service to locate my keys. Such a hassle and overall a seemingly poorly run service department”

“Fantastic experience. Getting an appointment set up was easy, even when I had to change it. I was set up with Miguel, who is outstanding! Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable and very honest and easy to work with.
I had an issue with a burned out headlight (didn't notice until the next evening). I came in and then took care of it.
Everyone there is fantastic. I would highly recommend them for sales and service.”

“We were looking for a Subaru for our daughter and possibly one for my wife. After a really dissatisfied experience with our local dealership, we decided to look elsewhere-and we're so glad we did! This dealership truly went above and beyond for us. The drive was over an hour away but 100% worth it. From the very beginning, our salesman Adam and our finance person Karson were professional, honest, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making certain we had a great experience. They took the time to answer all our questions, kept communication clear, honest and consistent, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. They turned what began as a stressful process into a smooth and positive one because of their attention to detail. It's rare to find a dealership that values customers the way this one does. I can say we would make the drive again because we did. We were so satisfied with the vehicle and sales experience that we returned for a vehicle for my wife. They earned our highest marks, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that puts you first. 5 star+”

“These guys have zero integrity. Maybe my experience may have been different if I purchased a new vehicle(with a warranty) over a used vehicle (without one). Car had issues, which I wasnt aware of until 30 minutes into my drive home(out of state buyer). Contacted them right away as inspection report I recieved did not match condition of the vehicle. Very minimal communication from my sales person, because they had the money so why make anything right. When buying used from this place definitely get a second opinion from a non-biased shop. I personally wouldnt recommend this place to my own worst enemy, and please don't reply below with your b.s. response of "call us and let's discuss." I've had well over 100 documented calls to this place and they pretty much politely told me to pound sand. Had to get coorporate involved who eventually made most of it right. I hate subarus off this experience alone. My first and last one ever!”
