βI regret buying my truck from Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha.
I purchased a 2025 Ford F-150 Platinum with 2,700 miles, and unfortunately my experience after the sale has been very disappointing.
After purchasing the truck, I discovered that one of the options listed on the WINDOW STICKER was not actually installed on the Truck. I contacted the dealer and requested that the missing option be installed, since the price I agreed to was based on the truck having all of the options listed on the window sticker. My request was denied unless I paid for the option again.
The dealer already had the part, and the installation would have taken roughly 1β2 hours of labor. This likely would have cost the dealer around $200β$300, yet they still refused to honor what was listed on the window sticker even after I spent over $70,000 at their dealership.
The only reason I chose this truck over another brand new one was because of the additional options listed on the window sticker. If an option is missing, that must be disclosed before the transaction so i can make an informed decision and the price can reflect the actual options available on the truck.
After numerous emails and messages, it became clear that the dealer would not honor or install the missing option. The back and forth was simply a waste of time.
Additionally, after the purchase I noticed a large scratch on the side of the truck and an issue where the driverβs door window does not go up unless you pull it up by hand. I did not bring these issues to the dealer, as I missed them at the time of purchase and did not expect such problems on a 2025 truck with such low mileage. My only request was to have the missing window-sticker option honored, and even that was declined.
Overall, I am very disappointed with how this dealership handled a simple and reasonable issue. It feels like once the transaction was completed, you are no longer valued as a customer.β

βHad THE WORKS package for my car on 12/31 which included an oil change. They even picked up my car. Everything was taken care of. I had a question afterwards and my service advisor Brianna quickly addressed it and made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of my service. She was great and I highly recommend Brianna and Gordie Boucher. I switched from another dealer to Boucher and have never regretted it. Thank you everyone!β

βWhat an awesome business! Everyone was super friendly and helpful at the dealership! Wade was so wonderful through whole process, he even went over things in the new vehicle before i drove it off lot. Sal was great through the whole financing process answering all my questions and making process painless. This was my first Ford vehicle,and will not be last!β
