I had a great experience purchasing a 2023 Expedition Max from Group1. Steve Tiller and Shayna Hilliard helped lock in a competitive price that included my trade in. They even delivered the car to me due to a part that needed to be ordered to fix a headrest. Additionally, Damane Shepard was efficient with the paperwork and made sure everything was completed quickly. After the car was delivered, I noticed a few things that needed to be fixed. Candace Herring followed-up multiple times to make sure that everything was completed and met my satisfaction. This was a good, honest customer service experience. The team's follow-through was reassuring, and I appreciate knowing that I have a nice and reliable family vehicle for years to come. I highly recommend working with Group 1 Ford of Kennesaw!

Lightning Strikes Twice — Be Careful with This Service Department I don’t usually leave reviews, but after two serious issues a year apart, I feel I need to warn others. In October 2024, I came here for a routine oil change. A few miles down the road, I stopped and discovered that one of my wheels was missing two lug nuts and the others weren’t tightened. If I hadn’t stopped when I did, the wheel would have come off while driving on the interstate. That could have been a serious accident. A year later, in October 2025, I decided to give them another chance and went back for another oil change. After leaving the dealership, I made a quick stop a few miles away and noticed a large dent in my front passenger door. I immediately went back, and they confirmed through their intake photos that the dent wasn’t there when I arrived. In both cases, I was the one who discovered the problems, not the dealership. These weren’t small oversights — they were major issues that should never happen. Lightning really does strike twice at this service department. I strongly recommend checking your vehicle thoroughly before leaving or, better yet, finding another place for service.

We worked with Ty and Damon. This was my first time buying a car at my big age and they made the process seem less. Everyone here was so helpful and the manager kept checking in on us to make sure me and my family were comfortable. They didn’t just try to posh a sale-they listened and cared about what I wanted and what I could afford. This was the best first time car buying experience anyone could ever ask for.
