“Lightning Strikes Twice — Be Careful with This Service Department I don’t usually leave reviews, but after two serious issues a year apart, I feel I need to warn others. In October 2024, I came here for a routine oil change. A few miles down the road, I stopped and discovered that one of my wheels was missing two lug nuts and the others weren’t tightened. If I hadn’t stopped when I did, the wheel would have come off while driving on the interstate. That could have been a serious accident. A year later, in October 2025, I decided to give them another chance and went back for another oil change. After leaving the dealership, I made a quick stop a few miles away and noticed a large dent in my front passenger door. I immediately went back, and they confirmed through their intake photos that the dent wasn’t there when I arrived. In both cases, I was the one who discovered the problems, not the dealership. These weren’t small oversights — they were major issues that should never happen. Lightning really does strike twice at this service department. I strongly recommend checking your vehicle thoroughly before leaving or, better yet, finding another place for service.”
