βI was hesitant ordering a vehicle being out of state but really wanted this Navigator due to the rare color/interior combo and remaining warranty.
I initiated contact 1/17/26 and the vehicle was delivered to my home, nearly 700 miles later, on1/24/26.
Waddell drove a hard bargain (as he should) and we came to a mutual agreement I was very happy with. About 70% of our communication was emails/texts which was good with me for written documentation.
I must admit, I did get worried after reading recent 1-star comments (saw avg. 4.5 with 2,200+ reviews when committed) after already initiating the sale; everything worked out great and the vehicle was delivered two days earlier than expected.
It looks just like the online pictures inside and out and drives great! Already made it through one heck of a snowstorm on the second day!
Waddell and Clay provided great customer service!!β

βThis dealership is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided at all costs.
I flew all the way from New Jersey to Atlanta to purchase a $120,000 vehicle, and the entire experience was nothing but dishonesty, false advertising, and complete disrespect toward customers. From the moment I first contacted them, I received no real service. Every phone call I made went straight to voicemail, and every text message asking for updates or my refund was ignored.
When I arrived at the dealership, they made me sit for over two hours, offering nothing but a single cup of coffee. Not one employee checked on me or provided any information. When they finally showed me the vehicle, it was nowhere near the condition advertised online. This was blatant misrepresentation.
The manager, Clay, told me my deposit would be refunded. But as of today, I still have NOT received my refund. I called repeatedly β no one answers the phone. The only person I was able to reach was Clay, who spoke with a cold, dismissive attitude, telling me he was βon vacationβ and that I should call the store again β knowing full well no one ever picks up.
I have completely lost my patience. This is not just bad service β this is fraudulent behavior.
I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and submitting a claim in Small Claims Court. Companies that operate with such dishonest and predatory practices deserve legal consequences.
Avoid this dealership. They scam customers and take zero responsibility.β

βOn top of everything, I want to emphasize how terrible the service was from the very beginning. I was trying to buy a $120,000 vehicle, yet I never received even the most basic level of customer support. Every phone call I made went straight to voicemail, and no one ever called me back. Every text message I sent requesting updates or my refund was completely ignored. When I arrived at the dealership, they made me sit there for two full hours with absolutely no assistance β not a single employee checked on me or asked if I needed help. All they offered me was one cup of coffee while I waited endlessly. This dealership is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, and people should absolutely avoid it.β

βKaela was great! Very professional & easy to work with. I was a little ticked off by the finance guy trying to push extended warranties down my throat, but I know that's how he makes a living. I get it, but sometimes no means no. He basically wouldn't allow the sale without adding in a $3k extended warranty plan, but since those extended warranties are cancelable, I just signed & cancelled it a few days after the sale. All of that is honestly a hassle, but other than that I am happy with my purchase πβ
