I had an awesome experience. Mr.Claude Henry & Andrew Carter Cortez took care of all of my concerns and needs. They have hearts of “ gold”, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Claude /Andrew went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best opportunity and smartest financial outcome that was specific for my life. I received excellent service . I have no complaints. No dealer fees is real! I had called about 10 dealerships just to find myself driving to a place that's an hour and a half away from home. I thought the 'no dealer fees' could be a scam, but it's really not. I guess we just have this impression that dealerships will always try to up sneak in some fees but Toyota Cobb County didn't. They saved me all the heartache and headache of dealing with so many people only to get disappointed over and over again. The car I was looking for is hard to find. Toyota Camry LE with convenience and cold weather package. And if I'm able to find it, the deal being given to me was just not worth it. I was almost losing my hope but I gave them a try. I signed up online and got a call from them pretty much immediately. We probably only talked for a few mins, and I'm sold. Claude Henry was an amazing agent. He asked me how much I want the car I'm looking for and I asked them 1.5k below the best offer I got at the time, and he just immediately went ahead and sent me all the papers I need to look at. I immediately put 1k downpayment online. I am scared because it is all in a call and online. But it all pulled through. 2 days later I got the car. Fresh and new. The smell of the new car! Everything was explained to me. It was an hour plus process because Claude made sure I understand how my car works. He let me drive it around. If I get a chance to buy another car again, I definitely will know where to go. If I can give them 10 stars, i really would have. Thank you so much for doing business with me. The amount I saved, I went ahead and got me a really nice ceramic coat!

Jason was by FAR the most Friendly, Charming, and Enjoyable salesman I have ever seen! While this was my first time buying a car, I have accompanied my parents to dealerships countless times, and have seen a wide variety of salesmen, but Jason put them all to shame. Even though he’s newer to car sales, he was very helpful and informing throughout the entire process. From our initial phone call, my first visit, and countless texts throughout the entire process, he was always willing to answer any questions I had! Even whenever my parents had tons of questions, he was more than willing to text them as well! Not to mention how well Jason matched my energy, it really felt more like I was talking to a friend than a salesman. When it eventually came time for the numbers, Jason worked hard to get me the best deal possible! I initially decided on a 2026 Toyota Camry LE in the Reservoir Blue color, but I put off for too long and eventually someone else bought it. However, Jason was quick to show me a color I liked even better! Once Jason showed me the Ocean Gem color (as pictured,) I was all but sold! Not to mention it was an SE edition, which was an upgrade from what I was looking for that was still firmly in my price range! And they included free Tint with my purchase! Overall, Jason made my first car buying experience smooth sailing and I couldn’t be any happier with my new car. He has absolutely earned my business for life with just how much he helped me out. So please listen when I say, if you ever stop by Cobb County Toyota, make SURE you get Jason as your salesman!

"The way car buying should be." I know that's an old marketing slogan for a different car dealership but I feel it aptly applies to Cobb County Toyota. I've had my 2024 Toyota 4Runner XSeries Off Road Premium in Solar Octane for nearly two weeks now and I am absolutely over the moon with it. I was looking to buy a 5th generation Toyota 4Runner and Cobb County Toyota had the perfect one in stock. The truck was well represented in photos and the price was a great deal compared to similar cars on the market. When it came time to make a deal, they didn't add any extra fees or try to add "mandatory" maintenance plans. The price the car was listed for was the price I paid, plus a nominal tag fee and taxes. My salesperson, Gabriel, was incredibly nice, patient, and not overly pushy. He worked with the finance manager to get me a fair offer for my trade-in. They do try to sell warranty/maintenance plans once you make it back to a finance guy, but he wasn't overly pushy when I declined them which was much appreciated. In the next year, I'll be in the market for an A91 Supra and Cobb County Toyota will definitely be the first place I consider looking.

As a long time Carmax customer, going back to dealerships was not something I expected until I interacted with Cobb County Toyota. Kent (and Mike) helped me pick up my 4Runner and were professional throughout the whole process. I appreciate the sales folks transparency and communication and also the dealership for not adding bogus doc/dealer fees like so many other competitors within the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. Everything from acquiring OTD documentation, test driving multiple vehicles, and waiting for my credit union to respond, for a car buying experience everything as good as it would. Now that I have my 4Runner, I plan to come back to Cobb County Toyota in the next 5-10 years for my GR86 or Supra, the fun car. Highly recommend this dealership, take it from a stranger.
