“For the first time, a Service Advisor paid detailed attention to the concerns on my vehicle. The last time I came for service, my TMPS was not reset, my headlight sensor was not reset after changing bulbs, my oil change mileage was not reset, Multipoint Vehicle inspection was not done. BUT, after listening to my concerns over lack of diligent service of the previous time, this new Service Advisor took her time to review the records, secured a Technician to inspect and service ALL the issues in addition to the oil change and tire rotation that I come in for. Service Advisor Hannah deserves commendation for today's professional service and I hope they maintain such unparalleled dedication to good customer service. Word of wisdom: look for a diligent Service Advisor when you come in for service at any dealership.”
