“Great overall experience thanks to strong management I recently purchased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from West Houston AutoNation Land Rover, and overall it turned out to be a very positive experience. My salesperson, Syed, was okay but fairly average. The process felt a bit transactional at first and lacked some of the initiative and follow-through I was hoping for. Where this dealership really shines, though, is leadership. Sales Manager Mitch completely stepped in and elevated the experience.
