“Great overall experience thanks to strong management I recently purchased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from West Houston AutoNation Land Rover, and overall it turned out to be a very positive experience. My salesperson, Syed, was okay but fairly average. The process felt a bit transactional at first and lacked some of the initiative and follow-through I was hoping for. Where this dealership really shines, though, is leadership. Sales Manager Mitch completely stepped in and elevated the experience. He was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. No pressure, no games, just straight answers and solutions. Then Jimmy in Finance absolutely knocked it out of the park. He made what’s usually the most stressful part of buying a car feel smooth and easy. He explained everything clearly, worked hard to get me the best terms possible, and treated me with respect the entire time. Because of Mitch and Jimmy, the experience went from “just another dealership visit” to “I’d actually come back here again.” Would definitely recommend this location.”
