“I was surprised I ended up buying this truck.. Extended warranty way to high. I left after hearing that price. Found warranty on my own. Left voice mail for Keith, no return, received email from Keith, sent reply, no contact I called dealership was told Keith was off. Asked for used car manager was told he was off.. Young man said he would try to figure it out..Kayla reached out via email and she saved the deal. I originally asked to have trailer controller removed and possibly exchange bed covers. Was told no we won't do that. I bought truck anyway, I had shop remove controller this morning, it took them less than 5 minutes.. I was okay keeping the bed cover.. I noticed the license plate was loose, when she switched plates she used wrong screws and screwed that up.. I got it fixed but this shouldn't of been something I needed to do.. The service i got was not what I should of had.. I remember the great customer service you had at the Lincoln store The picture attached show the screws that were needed and the screws that were used”

“Recently traded my 2022 F150 for a 2025 F150 and had a great experience. It’s a low pressure dealership with a great sales staff. Very knowledgeable about the product. I set an appointment to look at a couple pickups, the entire process took 1.5 hours which is great! Jairon my sales guy was informed and professional. He did a great job. Finance was easy because Ford ha 0% for 60 months”

“My experience at Rob Sight Ford was not optimal and would have walked away if I could have found my vehicle/color/options at another dealer. Overall I am happy with my car but not the experience. The salesman Michael was not pushy at all, which I appreciated, but he also didn’t seem super incentivized to sell the vehicle. When I asked whether I would get a better deal by financing through the dealership or paying cash, I was told the dealership doesn't negotiate on prices. He professionally was very transparent and upfront about being salaried rather than commission-based, and that he gets paid whether I buy the car or walk away. He did ask how much I was hoping to have taken off the price, and I requested a few hundred dollars toward new tires or for the $399 admin fee to be waived. He said would ask his manager. The bigger issue was the sales manager, Rich Poe, who came across as very arrogant and completely unwilling to negotiate or budge on price. This was especially frustrating given that the vehicle had been on the lot for over two months, was nearing the end of its warranty, and needed all four tires replaced. If you’re looking for a dealership willing to negotiate even a few hundred dollars to help a customer feel valued, this likely isn’t the right place. That said, if you prefer a very casual, no-pressure buying experience and don’t mind paying sticker price, I would recommend them. There was no pushy sales behavior, they clearly stick to their open pricing policy, and there was no pressure to purchase expensive add-ons, which I can respect. Note: Trey in the finance department deserves an A+. He genuinely worked with me to “find a way” to close the deal the evening before Thanksgiving. He was the only employee who truly seemed to care about the customer experience and took pride in making customers feel valued.”

“I’ve been a loyal customer at Louisburg Ford for 8 years. The last 2 years have been a disaster. I finally dropped into Rob Sight Ford without an appt. They got me right in, diagnosed a 2 year hassle and fixed it right the first time. I am appreciative and grateful. They have my business now. Thank you Rob Sight Ford.”
