I wouldn't recommend anyone ever go to a car dealership. I feel slimy just walking into one. I have purchased two cars from NorthTown Mitsubishi in the last 11 years. Both times I was treated good and purchased the cars I wanted, but I was not happy at the price I paid. Usually the next day I start processing everything and doing some more research and I realize how much money I gave up to the dealer. They always win. Let's be real, anyone that doesn't feel taken advantage of after buying a car from a dealer doesn't know just how much money the dealer made off of the sale of the car. Seeing the finance person is also a slimy deal. All the sales pitches for worthless things is brutal and just rubs salt in the wound of how much money I lost and then they want more. I just want to sign the papers and get the heck out. Other than getting the royal shaft from the price of the car I feel NorthTowne Mitsubishi is pretty good as far as dealers go. Both times I have been treated nice by the sales associate and accommodate. Their service department has a woman working there that hates her job and probably hates life. Her disdain for everyone just kind of hangs in the air like a thick rain cloud. You can feel the bitterness when you step up to the counter. Stay away from the service desk if at all possible.

My experience at Northtown Mitsubishi in Kansas City was absolutely awful. I showed up only five minutes late to my appointment last week and was met with immediate rudeness and condescension from the service staff (specifically this man). Instead of trying to help, I was told I had to reschedule for the following week. When I returned for that rescheduled appointment, I was told there was “no record” of my name in the system. It turned out that another staff member had booked my appointment incorrectly under a different name. I even brought in the paper slip they gave me, but because it had fallen on the floor of my car and wasn’t perfectly clean, this man accused me of making it up and finding this paper on the ground! Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the employee doubled down—speaking to me in an incredibly disrespectful, dismissive tone and refusing to take any accountability. I was shocked at how unprofessional and hostile the treatment was. I am already in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and considering reaching out to the Missouri Attorney General’s office. If you value your time, dignity, or basic customer service, avoid Northtown Mitsubishi at all costs. There are plenty of dealerships in Kansas City that will treat you with respect. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. To this man: Just because you are having a bad day or hate your life it does not mean take it out on others. If you dislike your job.... WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God bless you.

I was looking for a used truck to tow our travel trailer and I came across a Dodge Ram 3500 that appeared to be in great shape and exactly what I needed. After contacting them through email they responded very quickly. I was in Biloxi Mississippi at the time so I couldn't see the vehicle in person so I was glad that I could have a text and voice conversation with Mr Bukucs. He answered all my crazy questions including sending additional videos and photos and performing a few key tests such as checking for blow-by on the diesel engine. I wasn't sure about buying it without seeing it in person first. After a few days of messaging I felt confident that it was worth the trip to go and test drive the truck. I'm super cautious about scams and so I didn't feel comfortable sending a photo of the cashier's check so I booked a flight. I can say the process was easy and they were excellent in making sure I was happy with my purchase. They had completed a turnup recently as well as detailing it and filled up the tank with diesel before I left. I can honestly say this was one of the easiest used vehicle purchase I have made and I would definitely recommend this dealership. I drive the truck almost 900 miles the next day back to Biloxi and another 2,000 miles later it is still running strong. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Gave us a great deal! We came in with specific parameters that needed to be met before we could buy a car. The folks here worked with us and lowered the price of a car so that we could buy it with cash. We were so grateful! They were friendly and courteous, and weren't pushy. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
