“I have visited this lot on three different occasions. All 3 times, the vehicles which are older and clearly auction cars, needed a ton of work and were marked at thousands over their actual value. They are not willing to negotiate even though they know some of the vehicles need major work. When I told the young sales individual that the vehicle that I was looking at needed a couple thousand dollars worth of suspension work, which they were already aware of, he said that they “didn’t have any room” (to negotiate). I personally do not recommend this business. The place reeks of shady practices and a company that puts profits over what is doing right for the customer.”

“I must say Thank You to Ruth and Staff; for helping me with the purchase and service of the Ford Van that I bought 11/19/2025. 1st they advertised a price reduction and they honored that price at closing. After my test drive, we notice a leak in the radiator, they knew that I was about to drive over 300 miles to go to my home in Illinois; they installed a new radiator and fluids for no extra cost. I drove that vehicle home with no problems and it handled great. I prayed that the van would be as advertised on the internet. If you are a praying person like me you know that when you put your trust in the Lord, He puts good people in your life. To me Gladstone Auto Sales and Service LLC, lives up to Proverbs 22:1. “Got a really nice Chevy Equinox here today. .low mileage, great price! Ruth was so down to earth and went through all options to make sure I was able to get the car @ best rate for me. She was so nice to work with. They also put a new tire on, due to a nail. And they went ahead and put new sensors on as well. Great people here! Highly recommend checking them first when looking for your next vehicle.👍”

Please be aware to add in a $399.00 administrative fee to the price above the stated price. Overall very good experience and would buy from them again.”

“They charge you more then the price on the web site and finance fees are higher then advertised and there was a 399.00 administrative fee. I gave them Four Stars for the inventory selection on the lot is great and the people were easy to talk to. But byer beware while your in that NEW CAR DELIRIUM, that you watch for all the extra fees. I feel a little took. The buying experience was fine, but no one likes to feel like they got bent over.”
