“Cable Dahmer reached out to me after this review. They do legitimately care about the service they provide. They explained everything- and went above and beyond, to make things right!!! I wasn’t expecting it. Josh Hedrick was amazing addressing my concerns. I am sure my bad experience was just an anomaly, with all parties involved. I am glad I didn’t list the Technician's name-as it sounds like he is a solid employee!! I will be returning. Thanks Josh!!!
A great place to purchase a car- but NOT a great place to get your car serviced. I made an appointment for an oil change ahead of time. My wife is disabled- so I try to not be away from her for too long. When I pull up- the guy checking me in immediately warned me it would be at least an hour and a half. I told him I had an appointment- and nobody told me this. He basically put the blame on the customer. He said “people have to understand that we are extremely busy on Friday afternoons.” I am not sure why this wasn’t expressed to me ahead of time. He was rude- and unwilling to accept any fault for this issue. I am not gonna put his name on here. I ended up leaving and going down the road to their Buick location- and the experience was much better. Much nicer people in their service department- and I didn’t feel like a burden. Purchasing the car was a very pleasant experience. Nice salespeople. But, good luck getting your car serviced. Something to keep in mind for anyone looking to make a new car purchase.”

“I have to revise my review after bringing my car home. I bought my car at night. We did the walk around and I didn’t notice anything with my eyes because I need glasses. I was not told there were any dents in the car. The next day my son noticed the big dent in the back right side of the car. I took the car back but they said they would not fix it because I already bought it. Very disappointed in the customer service I received. We were told we got a check from referring someone and it took tracking down everyone multiple times and 2 months to get. The front desk lady has the worst sour puss attitude I’ve ever seen, talking crap about the sales people to me as a customer.”

“Excited when I saw this listing. A one owner car. Requested information on this car and got an immediate response. However the listing shows no accidents but there is clear front end damage to this car. I questioned this and was sent a video and said yes has damage but gets good gas mileage. My problem with all of this is that damage is no where in the listing. CarFax says no accidents which may be true but there is significant damage that needs to be fixed. It also shows two owners and this is marketed as a one owner car! Both "owners" on the CarFax state no accidents or structural damage. It also show was purchased on 1/6/26 with a lien reported????? Its hard enough finding reliable cars on a fixed buget. Fancy wording, deception and trying to get it by you like this makes it even harder. The repair for the damage would probably be close to the cost of the car. I realize not all infomation is reported to CarFax but you should disclose the damage in the listing!
I guess its too much to ask to have a reliable listing.
