this gladstone dodge jeep ram dealership gave me the worst customer service experience i have ever recieved from any company throughout my whole life. I wish I could give them a -5 star review. I found myself on the side of the road bc of something they suggested I do in the maintenance dept. I called expecting them to take responsibility for the debacle they created, possibly offer to have it towed back to the dealership to have it reassembled back to the way it was before, as I was just there for an oil change; I lease a new jeep through them. I was met with resistsnce and blatent animosity from my first call to tell them about this. not only did they not take responsibility for the changing something on my vehicle that I wasn't there to address anyway in the beginning, and left me on the side of the road from driving home on the highway, but I was met with animosity. there is no moral values / customer service at this place. and the issue has still not been handled. From the mechanic worker up to the gm I was insulted and disrespected the entire time as they acted mad at me and like I was stupid for wanted them to fix an obvious issue they created. and all I even wanted to entire time was the refund of the faulty service work they performed on my car of about $44. Even the gm refused. and I pay over $500 a month to lease my jeep through them. I am still locked into my lease unfortunately for another couple of years with them, and am so disgusted wiry them that I am trying to do all I can to transfer my lease to any other jeep dodge ram dealership in the area that would treat me with dignity and respect, something all people should be treated with, in and out of the business sector. shame on them. Absolutely horrible customer skills from service department and team member Bradley. (Purchased in Feb 2025) Called in to get scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation with cable dahmer connect for pick up and drop off of my vehicle. Conveniently was told there was availability for 3:45 pm, I was then scheduled. Someone arrived to pick my vehicle up from my job at approximately 3:08, at 4:20 I receive a phone call from service stating that they recommend I replace all my tires I kindly declined and waited to be informed on when to pay. I then notice shortly after 45mins or so I still hadn’t received any call updates. I check my phone and noticed I received a text message at 4:50pm to complete check out within 10mins so my vehicle can be returned I immediately checked out and waited still no response I then called at 5:23 pm to check on the return on my vehicle I was then told my vehicle has been ready for pickup unbeknownst to me I was completely unaware that I’ll need to leave work to come get my vehicle and expressing my frustration to the representative on the phone by the name of Bradley as why no one felt the need to give me a phone call I was then rudely told by Bradley that a phone called was placed at 4:45 by my advisor Adam and he watched it. I then expressed that there’s was absolutely zero missed calls at that time or within that timeframe if there was an time urgency why didn’t anyone try calling again? he said well it isn’t there fought I scheduled so late he then asked me who booked my appointment I responded with me I called. he response was then well that’s why aggressively. Who schedules an appointment that late. Shocked at the lack of respect or concern shown for a customer. I immediately asked for his name and asked why would they even have that appointment options available if they weren’t able to get my car back in a timely manner Bradley then attempted to sit on the phone and argue or debate as to why it’s my fought for simply calling to schedule in oil I then told him that I will not continue argue or debate with him on the phone and let him I’ll come pick my vehicle up. I highly recommend you purchase and service your vehicle somewhere where your money and respect is valued.

My Fiancé Thomas and I recently purchased this Ram 2500 and we love it! John Rodriguez was a great Sales Person he was very upfront and really easy to work with he made it happen for us! Great guy and we definitely recommend Cable Dahmer for your new vehicle needs!

We had a great experience at Cable Dahmer. We gave them our price range, 3 or 4 different makes/models of vehicles I was interested in and Mike and John did the rest! I was able to test drive, walked me through all the information and then worked with us price wise and getting payments to a comfortable price point. Everyone took the time to explain things, even patient through the paperwork process and got us the best interest rate and payment plan. Love my Jeep and Appreciate all John did for us!

Big props to Linda and customer service for getting me in for state vehicle inspection within 3 hours when everybody else was over a week out. Thank you to Camielle for her top notch quality customer service and helping me get in and out quickly and being super friendly and knowledgeable about everything.
