I was able to complete the purchase from 600 miles away through texts and phone calls. When there was a slight hiccup with the timing in the shipping of my vehicle they reimbursed me the shipping cost and I came and picked the vehicle up myself . There were some small stains in my headliner cloth when I got the vehicle home and they paid for me to get it cleaned .
