A+ dealership. The entire Hilbish team has been very helpful and nice. They worked very hard to earn our business. Sam (salesman) and Brittany (finance) worked through our deal to provide us with the best possible outcome. We had a minor snag pop up after our deal was completed. The Hilbish team stepped in quickly to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. I couldn’t have asked for more. 100% satisfied. I would recommend Hilbish Ford to anyone looking.

Josh and the service team provided excellent customer service. I began receiving messages and updates as soon as I made the appointment. Throughout the process I was updated and my questions were answered with patience and care. My vehicle was very well taken care of. After picking up my vehicle I was contacted again to make sure everything was ok. Much better service than my last Ford dealership in Charlotte which is why I switched. Thank you so much!!

I recently bought a 2025 stx from Hillbish Ford and have had some what of a bad experience. The sales team more specifically brad is good at his job. He is a man of his word. When I bought the car there were scratches and a chip it was a loaner. Brad said he would have that handled as well as my sprayed in bedliner and my tint. This process about 2 weeks!!!, which was completely mind boggling to me for minor body work. All was complete as promised but when I got the vehicle back I noticed when they took the front finder to paint the service team must have dropped it on the ground without and covering. My fender badge is scuffed scratched and faded. I don't want to drop my car off again nor do I want that service team to do anymore work on my vehicle. They have a big issue with not checking behind work and taking pride in what they do when their name is attached to it. I came from the middle of Charlotte so this place is right around the corner. Please address your service team Hillbish they need to tighten up.

I will not be taking my car back to service here, however the sales people are friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. I took my 2017 focus RS to that dealer twice and both times my experience has been awful. The first time for a coolant hose and when I got the car back the intake wasn’t installed correctly and was causing a check engine light along with a few other components that where not installed properly. My second time coming to the dealer I was there for just an oil change and told them specifically I didn’t want a rotation. I saw them begin doing a rotation anyway which was resolved and I didn’t have to pay for. However when I got home none of my wheels were torqued, it’s not just poor workmanship but also a general safety risk and is not acceptable for a dealership. I will not be returning to Hilbish ford for any future services
